What they have in common

Pranic Healing and Reiki are both commonly described as energy-based complementary practices. People may seek either for relaxation, reflection, or a sense of personal wellbeing, but neither should be presented as a replacement for medical or mental-health care.

Pranic Healing: the approach Holly offers

Pranic Healing is generally a non-touch modality. In its own framework, practitioners may refer to prana, the aura, chakras, cleansing, and energising. Holly uses this framework as part of a calm, complementary wellbeing session and explains the format before beginning.

Reiki: a distinct tradition

Reiki is a Japanese complementary practice. Practitioners commonly place their hands lightly on or just above a person, although exact approaches can vary by practitioner, lineage, and the client’s consent preferences. Reiki is not currently offered by Hollyistic.

How to choose with confidence

Choose the practitioner and format that feels clear, respectful, and comfortable for you—not the biggest claim. A helpful first conversation should leave you knowing what will happen, what it costs, what boundaries apply, and where to turn for professional care if you need it.
