A framework for reflection, not a diagnosis
Pranic Healing is a non-touch complementary wellbeing practice. Its language belongs to its own energetic and spiritual framework; it is not a medical test, diagnosis, treatment, or replacement for appropriate medical or mental-health care. Holly offers a calm, respectful space in which you can slow down, check in with yourself, and explore whether this complementary practice feels supportive for you. No particular result is promised.
What is prana?
Within Pranic Healing, prana is often described as life-force energy. Different traditions use different words for a similar idea, including chi or qi in some Chinese traditions and prana in Sanskrit-based traditions. In Holly’s sessions, this word belongs to the energetic framework that guides the practice. It is not a claim that energy can be measured medically or that a session can treat a health condition.
What are chakras?
In many energy-healing traditions, chakras are described as centres or points within an energetic system. They are often associated with aspects of experience such as feeling grounded, expressing yourself, relating to other people, or trusting your inner sense of direction. Some people use this as a symbolic map for reflection, while others relate to it as part of a spiritual practice. You do not need to hold a particular belief to take part in a session with Holly.
What does aura mean?
The aura is another term used within energy-healing traditions. It is commonly described as an energy field around a person. Within the Pranic Healing framework, practitioners may use this language when describing their non-touch approach. At Hollyistic, it is not offered as a medical explanation for symptoms, emotions, or life experiences. You can simply use the session as a pause to be present with yourself.
How this may show up in a session with Holly
A one-to-one session begins with a gentle check-in. You may want to talk about feeling stressed, emotionally tired, uncertain after a change, or ready to make more space for yourself. Equally, you may prefer to say very little. Holly will explain the non-touch format, invite you to choose a simple intention if that feels useful, and give you space to settle afterward. The session remains centred on consent, clear boundaries, your comfort, and your choice.
Stay curious and ask what you need to ask
The best first step is not to search for the biggest promise. It is to look for clarity. A practitioner should be able to explain what they offer, what a session is like, what it costs, and where appropriate professional support should sit alongside complementary wellbeing practices. If you would like to understand Holly’s approach before deciding, you are welcome to request a free discovery call about online or in-person Pranic Healing in Brighton & Hove.
